National Cadres Promoted to Management Positions in BNET

Manama, Bahrain: Bahrain Network (BNET), the national company responsible for providing fiber-based broadband network in the Kingdom of Bahrain, announced a number of internal promotions for high performing employees.

Ms. Nouf Najeeb Aldoseri was promoted to Director of Internal Audit, Mrs. Layla Jaafar was promoted to Head of Technology Projects and Mr. Talal Salah Alsayed to Head of Maintenance.

Mrs. Amal Saleh Al Mannai, Director of Talent Management and Development at BNET, commented on this, saying, “We take pride in seeing our talented Bahraini employees, with a strong representation of women, assume leadership positions. This strengthens the collective pursuit of our shared vision for BNET’s success, while fostering an inclusive environment that empowers all individuals to reach their full potential.”

It is worth mentioning that BNET has increased its Bahranisation rate to over 92%, with 90% in management roles, and 40% of Bahraini women.
