Bahrain Network (BNET) Concludes its Summer Training Programme

Manama, Bahrain: Bahrain Network (BNET) announced the conclusion of its summer training programme for 2023, which was launched specifically for BNET employees’ families and friends. As part of the programme, BNET provided several training and development workshops to further hone the trainees’ skills in various departments within the company, and enrich their practical experience on a professional and personal level through several tasks and projects throughout the duration of the programme.

BNET aims to contribute to the empowerment of all individuals, and encourage them to gain practical experience by undergoing on-the-job training to develop fundamental work skills sought out by employers and the labour market. It is worth mentioning that BNET has hosted 24 trainees over the past two months, many of whom were highly skilled and proficient, including Sherine Mahmood who achieved the World Sub-Junior Record Deadlift.

On the occasion, Ms. Amal Saleh Al-Mannai, Director Talent Management and Development commented: “We are proud of this year’s successful summer training programme, as this edition was specifically launched for friends and families of BNET’s employees. This initiative was launched in appreciation of our employees’ hard work, dedication and positive performance. Additionally, the programme aims to promote a positive work environment within the company, as well as providing an exceptional practical experience to all trainees, helping them attain the necessary skills required within the labour market. At BNET, we aspire to train and develop a qualified workforce capable of overcoming any future challenges.”

BNET continues its tireless efforts to support Bahraini youth and individuals through its various programs that aim to empower and equip them with fundamental work skills, which further contribute to achieving Bahrain’s Economic Vision 2030.
